Artist Stephanie Schlatter Opens New “Cinco de Mayo” Exhibit at

(GRAND RAPIDS, MICH)—May 5, 2005—In what has become a popular yearly exhibit, artist Stephanie Schlatter opened another new exhibit at the Imagerie Gallery in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Planned around the May 5th Cinco de Mayo Mexican cultural celebration, titled "Cinco de Mayo," featured all new artwork from Stephanie’s growing collection on the people and culture of Mexico.

For the exhibit, Stephanie was influenced by the amazing people she encountered on her many visits to Mexico, as well as the fascinating wrought iron of city streets, and the crumbling buildings layered in brick and mortar and colorful paint.
